Delivery & pickup

Every order is cooked at one Checkpost Biryani point — the one you choose, usually the nearest. You can collect it yourself or, where the point offers it, have it delivered.

Pickup

Choose pickup at checkout and collect your order from the point. Your order page tells you when it’s ready. Pickup orders can be paid online or, where the point accepts it, in cash at the counter.

Delivery

• Each point delivers within its own area. Checkout tells you whether your address is covered before you pay; if it isn’t, you can still order for pickup.
• Delivery is carried out by our delivery partner’s riders. You can follow the rider live on your order page once the food is on its way.
• The delivery charge depends on how far you are from the point, and is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Delivery orders are paid online only.

How long it takes

When you place an order we show the time it should be ready by. Delivery adds the ride from the point to you. Busy evenings and weather can make either slower; we’ll text you if your order is running late.

If the rider can’t reach you or the delivery fails for any reason on our side, you get a full refund — see Refunds & cancellations.
