Who you are ordering from

Every Checkpost Biryani point is run by an independent franchise partner under our brand, recipes and standards. Your order is cooked by the one point you chose at checkout. We run this website, take your payment, and stand behind your order: if something goes wrong, contact us, not the point.

Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone secure — anyone with it can sign in as you. Give us accurate delivery details; a wrong address or unreachable number can mean an order can’t be delivered.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Each point sets its own prices within our menu.
• The total you see at checkout — food, packaging, delivery charge and tax, less any offer — is what you pay. If anything changes before you pay, checkout shows you the new total first.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay. An order goes to the kitchen only once its payment is confirmed.
• Offer codes have their own conditions, shown when you apply them, and can’t be exchanged for cash.

Cancellations and refunds

See Refunds & cancellations. In short: you can cancel for free until the kitchen accepts your order, and you are refunded in full if we can’t fulfil it.

Food information

Our biryani is cooked in shared kitchens. If you have an allergy, contact the point or us before ordering.

Our liability

If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to refunding or replacing it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer protection law.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Hyderabad. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
